The SPRO Craw Nugget is a heavy weighted soft plastic stick worm that was designed in collaboration with Shin Fukae. The Craw Nuggets highly compact 3.5 package comes in at a whopping 5/8oz, allowing the small, yet dense bait to be cast long distances, and easily be fished at depths of 20+ feet.
The Craw Nugget can be fished on a multitude of jig heads and rigs, but was truly designed to be fished weightless, Texas rigged on an offset EWG worm hook.This bait has such a large salt content that it will sink with ease without any weight added.As this bait falls, it will glide side-to-side and back slide as it is hopped.This gliding action resembles a darting crawfish or bait fish, and hungry bass cannot resist.
A couple defining features that separate this bait from others on the market are the tail fins, sectioned tail, and lifelike eyes to give this bait a true craw shape.The Craw Nugget includes a slit belly and hook point keeper to optimize hook positioning and a balanced bait presentation on the fall.
